CONNECTA provides attribution and reporting technology only. Any eligibility rules, commercial terms, or consideration are defined and fulfilled by participating merchants under their own programs.

- Use the services only in compliance with law and these Terms.
- Follow applicable merchant program rules and local legal requirements.
Acceptable use
- No deceptive conduct, spam, fabricated activity, or misuse of referral tools.
- No harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- No use of the service for restricted or regulated financial activities.
Merchant programs
CONNECTA provides attribution and reporting only. Commercial terms and any consideration are defined and fulfilled by participating merchants. Disputes relating to merchant-specific eligibility, rewards, commercial consideration, or fulfillment are between the relevant parties and the merchant.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, legal, operational, or security reasons.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Scope clarification
The Company provides technology and marketing promotion services only and does not engage in payment processing, fund settlement, fund custody, clearing, deposit-taking, lending, securities, insurance, direct selling requiring special license, or other regulated financial business activities.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
